By accessing and using GlazeUI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. GlazeUI provides a digital mockup generation and video rendering tool.

2. User Accounts and Content

When creating mockups, you are responsible for the content (images, screenshots, videos) you upload. You retain all rights to your original content. However, you grant GlazeUI a temporary license to process your content solely for the purpose of maintaining and providing the Service to you.

• You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium features of GlazeUI are billed on a subscription or one-time basis. Payments are processed securely via our merchant of record, Paddle. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Paddle's respective terms of service. Billing cycles relate to the specific plan chosen at the time of purchase.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GlazeUI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

5. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on GlazeUI's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.
