At GlazeUI, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with the mockup tools and video rendering capabilities we provide. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This Refund Policy complies with our merchant of record, Paddle, and outlines the situations where refunds are granted.
2. Subscription Refunds
- 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee:If you purchase a subscription and find that GlazeUI does not meet your needs, you are eligible for a full refund within the first 7 days of your initial purchase.
- Renewals:Refunds are generally not provided for automatic subscription renewals unless you requested cancellation prior to the renewal date and there was a billing error. We send renewal reminders before any charge occurs.
3. Eligibility for a Refund
To be eligible for a refund under the 7-day window, we may require proof of purchase. Refunds will not be granted if we detect deliberate abuse of our high-cost rendering pipelines (e.g., repeatedly exporting hundreds of 4K videos immediately after subscribing and then requesting a refund).
In cases where technical issues prevented you from receiving the product/service as advertised, refunds stand regardless of the duration, provided you reached out to support and we were unable to resolve the defect.
4. Processing Refunds
Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment through Paddle within 3-5 business days.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to support@glazeui.cc with your invoice number and the email address associated with your Paddle receipt. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours.
